Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Toilara order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging when possible.

To request a return, contact us at eriksfdx@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

After we review your request, we will provide the next steps. Do not send a product back before contacting us.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged because of misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modification.
